So what is all this hype of about this 'Beachbody Challenge' ?
The beachbody challenge is a group of people ( usually about 5 individuals) who make a commitment to transform form their life, body mind spirit, through improving their health and fitness. The challenge is a 12 week program which consists of eating healthy, exercising, prioritizing, goal setting and straightening out one's life and putting everything in motion in order to accomplish one's goals and dreams!! Sounds like fun, right? :) Well, that's because it is. :) We are a team! We all work together to support, motivate, inspire each other to help each other achieve our goals, whatever they may be! The challenge will take place mostly online through a facebook page that I will create, so we all can interact and share our journey with each other. :)
Wow! I'm super excited! How do I get started?
All you have to do is choose a challenge pack (Click to enroll) of your choice, which includes Shakeology ( <what is this?) on Home Direct, a 30-day trial of beachbody membership, fat shredding meal plan customized for you, mind reset videos, daily accountability assignments and peer support and your fitness program of choice. :) << A savings between $40-$55! Coooll! :D Then I will add you to the group, and we'll all get started together!
When does the beachbody challenge begin?
I start my challenges the 15th of every month.
*** Make sure to order your challenge pack 10-14 days in advanced. This way we can ensure that we will all be able to start at the same time together. :)

Subject: Your Name, BEACHBODY CHALLENGE (Starting date of the beachbody challenge you would like to enroll in)
Tell me:
- Your Name (And your your facebook name if is different than your real name) + preferred nickname :)
- What fitness program you chose + WHY you chose it
- Your health, fitness and any other major goals that you would like to achieve in one year and WHY these goals are important for you to accomplish
- If you could not fail and you had unimited resources, where do you imagine yourself going and the person you could become in ONE year
- A silly fun fact you would like to share about yourself
My Favorite Fitness programs (Suggestions if you are having trouble deciding a fitness program):
ChaLEAN Extreme - I did this and LOVED it! I got such great results and the workouts were over very quickly and I enjoyed them so much! :) 25-45 minutes
BrazilButtLift - Who doesn't want a cute tush? :)

HipHopAbs- This looks like a lot of fun! I have always wanted to tone and have a stronger core. This could be my answer and possibly yours too! :)
