Stirfry/ Pasta:
Whole grain: brown rice or organic pasta
Veggies:
spinach, kale, cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, snap peas, red, organge, yellow peppers ( mix and match, choose as you like and add some of your favs)
Proein:
tofu, beans, lentils ( I use 1-2 of these, usually not all three unless I really need the protein that day, which rarely if ever happens)
Spices/ Seasoning:
garlic, basil,orengo
