Last week, I didn't exercise as much as I usually do. :/ wa wa waaaa I know, right? I noticed that my body started to really slow down, I didn't feel as happy and energetic as I usually do and I actually started to go into a depressed state of mind. JUST because I didn't exercise for a few days! Crazy! So make sure to exercise for at least 30minutes every day. Even if it's just going on a walk. :)
If you don't exercise, you are only depriving yourself.
Exercising...
- balances your body
- refreshes you
- sets the tone for the day
- increases confidence
- helps you solve difficult challenges
- is a getaway
- is a time for you and only you, it is an act of self love and dedication to being the best you that you can be! :) and so much more!
