Exercising makes me feel:
- happy
- well- balanced
- positive
- strong, powerful, sexy, confident
- productive
- accomplished
- maintain positive mind set
- work out problems I am experiencing in my life and helps me SOLVE them
- let go of stress
- eat healthier and eat in smaller proportions
- drink more water
- challenge myself in a positive way
- attract what I want and need into my life
- be a better person for myself and others
- Exercise first thing in the morning, it sets the mood of the rest of your day! This is one way to have a good day EVERY DAY! :)
- NEVER skip your workout -- you're only hurting yourself and others
- Drink LOTS of water
- Eat every 2-3 hours a day (increases metabolism) in SMALL proportions (drink a glass of water first and eat until you feel 80% full and wait 10 minutes and see how you feel) ;)
- if you aren't feeling well and feel like you're coming down with something, still do something! Go on a walk. :)
- Drink Shakeology every day -- also helps prevents disease
- Eat LOTS of veggies
- Eat Organic
- Consume less animal products
